Mark Nusbaum is the Managing Member of the LEAD Equity Group, LLC. He has managed over $300 million in multifamily assets since 2007 across the state of Texas. Having third-party managed about 5,000 class “B” and “C” units since 2007, Mark helped create significant wealth for numerous clients.
With rich experience in the last 11 years turning multi-family assets around, meeting financial goals and benchmarks, and building a successful multi-family team in multiple regions, Mark has successfully transitioned to managing the LEAD Equity Group.
LEAD Equity Group is focused on creating wealth for clients by strategically identifying, purchasing, and managing undervalued assets and executing strategic initiatives that deliver superior performance.
Chris Clark has over 20 years of experience in finance, investments, and real estate. Most recently he worked in commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management, underwriting over 100 assets and closing on $40mm of multi-family and retail real estate.
Chris began his career in banking at Credit Suisse, then as an equity research analyst covering energy companies. Subsequently he has held positions as a buy side analyst at a mutual fund, risk manager, wealth manager and a portfolio manager of a commodity and equity hedge fund. He has also invested in numerous real estate projects including multi-family, single family rentals, and single family flips on both equity and debt side. In these investments he has served in both financial and accounting roles including the monthly close process.
He earned a M.B.A. in Analytic Finance and Strategic Management from the Booth School at the University of Chicago, and a B.S. in Economics from Baylor University. He also holds the CFA Charter.

Bhavisha oversees the general accounting function by controlling and verifying financial transactions and preparing and recommending policies and procedures by collecting and analyzing account information. She has over 8 years of work experience working in real estate accounting and managing over 25 commercial buildings and over 2,000 apartment complex units. She graduated from UTD with a B.S. Degree in Accounting.
Kaley is responsible for creating, maintaining and managing all marketing collateral as well as the website for Lead Equity Group.
She has a degree in Graphic Design, along with over 8 years of experience working within the marketing field as a freelancer.
Kaley brings over 3 years of experience working in commercial real estate marketing to the team at Lead Equity Group.
