Lead Equity Group was formed by Mark Nusbaum in 2017 to oversee his real estate operations. Chris joined Mark in late 2018 and they have been involved in the management and acquisition of over $200 million of real estate assets.
MARK NUSBAUM
Principal
Mark Nusbaum has been involved acquiring real estate and operating assets for 25 years. Initial experience included acquiring an apartment complex and an operating business and brokering both of his assets and as well as brokering several others. It also led him into multifamily management where from 2007-2017 he managed over $300 million (5,000 units) across the state of Texas.

Mark earned a B.A. from the University of North Texas and is licensed as a Broker through the Texas Real Estate Commission.
CHRIS CLARK
Principal
Chris Clark has over 20 years of experience in finance, investments, and real estate. Most recently he worked in commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management, underwriting over 100 assets and closing on $40mm of multi-family and retail real estate. Previously he worked in wealth management and alternative investments.

He earned a M.B.A. from the Booth School at the University of Chicago, and a B.S. in Economics from Baylor University. He also holds the CFA Charter. He is licensed as a Sales Agent through the Texas Real Estate Commission.
