Summer Glen
Upon takeover in late 2018, Summer Glen was 79% occupied due to management issues and lack of operational clarity. We implemented our processes including a more tactical bonus structure and core values which resulted in a move to 98% occupancy by August 2019.
Sierra Vista
Upon takeover in late 2020 the property was 78% occupied with large AP balances and delinquent rent. By June 2021 we were able to move occupancy to 90% which bringing down both tenant balances as well as outstanding accounts payable.
