Summer Glen
Upon takeover in late 2018, Summer Glen was 79% occupied due to management issues and lack of operational clarity. We implemented our processes including a more tactical bonus structure and core values which resulted in a move to 98% occupancy by August 2019.

Sierra Vista
Upon takeover in late 2020 the property was 78% occupied with large AP balances and delinquent rent. By June 2021 we were able to move occupancy to 90% which bringing down both tenant balances as well as outstanding accounts payable.

West Campus Lofts
In 2023, Lead Equity Group (LEG) revitalized the asset, by improving operational efficiency, market positioning, and tenant engagement. Within a year, occupancy exceeded 95%, rental rates increased above market levels, and resident satisfaction soared, earning the property a 4.5-star average rating.
